Description:3SG Corporation is a data conversion/business process consulting firm that has been in business for over 17 years. They are looking to add an experienced Sales Lead / Executive to the existing sales team to focus on ECM/business process assessment/solutions sales to corporations. I am acting on behalf of 3SG as their Corporate Recruiter - we do a lot of business with them and I am a shared Recruiter for both companies.

Sales Lead / Executive (ECM)

Overview:

This role's primary responsibility is to be a Sales Representative for 3SG Corporation. in the allocated Commercial Industry and/or territory. The key measures of success are software revenue and customer reference-ability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Experience working with senior management and sales and marketing executives
Verifiable experience exceeding quotas
Demonstrated ability to have strategic business discussions with C-Level (CEO, CFO, CIO) executives
Strong presentation skills with a proven track record of presenting in front of large groups of people

Desired Qualifications:

Preference will be given to individuals with technical sales, ECM, Solution Selling, and/or enterprise sales experience
Vertical expertise in the Commercial Industry

Position Responsibilities:

Ensure customer reference-ability for all assigned accounts
Communicate all market and commercial trends back to 3SG, Inc; be an expert in the Commercial Industry and clients.
Display full adoption of Solution Selling methodology
Provide accurate forecasting to management
Report account visibility through Territory Account Reviews
Achieve management expectations of customer count and solution type.
Clearly articulate key OnBase Solutions - show understanding of our products and solutions through internal demonstrations of the software
Track all opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls

Pay includes a base salary and commission structure.
